A quick calculation says 1.4:1 (magnified 1.4 times).

The distance between the front element and the subject can not be established without knowing the nodal point (optical center) of the combination (original lens + the close-up lens). But the distance from the newly established optical center would be about 64mm.

However, the power of the add on lens may not be exactly 10D which will change the result. Also keep in mind that a +10D lens will introduce bad aberrations (chromatic, spherical, comma, ... take your pick). The distance between the front element (not under your control) and the lens is also important.

I have never had good success with such a strong lens. The results might be better with a lower D lens. You will not know until you have tried.
