Do you need to shoot low light?

I got the 75 / 1.8 rather than one of the 60 / 2.8 lenses because I shoot a lot of concert photograph in low light, and also because the extra reach is handy to me. Likewise for birds or the zoo or sports the 75 is great since you can freeze the subject a bit better. On the flip side, the F1.8 can sometimes result in too-thin DoF, i.e. you have to stop down for portraits. For me the 75 suits the type of photos I take. But if you don't need the extra light, extra reach, or faster shutter, get a 60 / 2.8. If you're mostly shooting portraits get the Sigma 60, if you need macro or weather sealing get the Oly 60.
