looks good, but I would strongly suggest to always use a tripod and self timer or remote for this kind of sample pic

I agree, but if I used those things I could only improve on this image, right?  And my goal was just to show a properly focused 100% crop of a $20 bill taken with a Rokkor 1.4 @f2 didn't have to look like the hazy mess that was presented earlier.  I think I demonstrated that.
