What should sensor size be at least for shutter speed 1/100,f 1.8 and ISO 400 in low light condition

By testing the 1/1.7 sensor compact camera cannot keep the shutter speed to 1/100 (but slow) at aperture priority mode if I set the aperture to the maximum F 1.8 and ISO 400 in low light condition. What should the sensor size be at least so that the camera’s shutter speed can be 1/100 at the ISO 400 and f 18? Do you know any compact camera can have the shutter speed be 1/100 at the AP mode if the aperture is 1.8, ISO 400 in low light condition? Thank you for your answer.
