In addition to the problems mentioned by others, I don't think your idea would work for the following reason...

If you put the same lens on the new FF body, then you will have the same amount of light entering the camera which is then spread out over a wider area, if the number of pixels is the same (ie. 16 million) then you havent gained anything from the new body since you still have the some number of photons per pixel.

However, if the number of pixels has increased, then you will have fewer photons per pixel, which means a  lower signal to noise ratio and, all else being equal. more noise.

I guess this is why FF lenses are larger than APS-C which are larger than M43.
