Setting shutter speed is OK, but how do I set the camera to "continuous" ? ...AND "lock the release" ?

Continuous as in C, and not S (singel). With 30s exposure time, you of course don't get 3 frames/second, but the next exposure start when the previous is finished.

Lock the release as in hold the trigger button down. But a lockable remote trigger has a locking function so you don't have to hold the trigger button down. The same locking function you would use if you use B (bulb) for long exposure.

Now I get it ! Thanks !
