But adding the LA-EA4 reduce the already fast (in this case A6000) AF and decrease the light to the sensor?

You don't get anti shake with any adapter, not sure if people are just kidding with that one.

LAE-4 and 2 give you the SLT mirror and fast AF with amount lenses, but you loose a little bit of light.

LAE-3 and 1 give you slow AF with amount lenses if any (no screw on the lae-1 at least) and on the nex-7  AF with a-mount lenses is very poor, don't expect the same performance you get from native e-mount lenses as the drive mechanism is less suitable for CD, or so it was said to me for the nex-7 (could be the a6000 is different due to its superior AF...but I would try it)

I use the LAE-1 for MF with my sony alpha lenses as I bought the converter for the nex-7 mainly for landscape and manual.

The light loss is easily compensated by the faster lenses on A-Mount and is minimal in any case

If buying right now I'd get the lae-4 with an eye on getting an a7r later if you have no intention to go fullframe ever may as well stick with the lae-2 or 1 if you get a price benefit, but you may loose out in the long run for trade in value.
