Here's a screen cap of a6000 at ISO3200, X-T1 at ISO6400, now a6000 has the 'advantage'. Again in LR, with Detail tab turn off.

Also, when I try to work on the images, I do find that the X-T1 High ISO images are much easier to 'clean up' with NR then the a6000. a7R also cleans up very nicely.
