AP review of TZ60 - part 2

A couple of additional interesting points from this review :-

1. Autofocus.

They claim the autofocus is "snappy" up to 500mm., but is then sluggish and often hunts in low light. "But no more than we would expect from such a long telephoto lens".

2. LCD

"The LCD....can be read even in bright conditions." - So the viewfinder is not necessary then, except as additional support ?

I'm still more interested in the lower specced TZ55, as I don't need GPS or apparently the viewfinder, and can rarely see any difference between pp'd jpegs and developed raw's. I'm currently trying to find out about it's processing engine from Panasonic, as it's not mentioned in the DP specs.
