In-les IS is bits of glass shimmying around - instead of the sensor, that's all. 5-axis IBIS works very well for video.

The OP was looking for a lens. It's a given that he already has a Panasonic body, so unfortunately he can't resort to IBIS for video, hence my suggestion for IS lenses.
Olympus IBIS is indeed an amazing video enhancer, but every thing else about Olympus video (sensor readout, codec) is dismal.
