Do you need fast lenses in 16-25 for wedding shoot in low light? take 16-35

Do you always shoot landscape with aperture 11 or more? take 17-40

Best Price? take 17-40

More creativity with shallow depth of field? take 16-35

IQ quality? not much different

Extra wide 1mm in 16-35? the differences is tiny

I have 17-40 on my APS-C camera and later i upgrade to 16-35 because of the curiosity and it's well said in this thread that these lenses is used for different work so take your decision based ON your passion/work.

Professional work like wedding shooter will always use 16-35 because they generate more money than the enthusiast.
