Two great lenses, I thought about 75mm but tried the sigma 60mm I found it a bit long for me although very nice lens and maybe that could be an option as well as the 35-100mm.  I only just got my 35-100 but chose this as more versatile and great for video as stabilised- love it so far.

I found with small kids (non co-operating) and using the 60mm (75mm would be worse) I was running around them in too larger a circle and 45mm or 25mm is better!  I think if you have cooperative subjects or static ones 75mm will be fine and probably more bokeh -but maybe F2.8 at 100mm is similar?
