iAuto+ Mode on NEX or A6000 with f1.8 lenses: how camera sets aperture vs ISO vs Shutter Speed?

I'm very interested to understand from real experience how exactly camera behaves, what it prefers to do in dim light, pubs, museums, theaters, concerts, indoors or at evenings outside? Will it open aperture first and then go up on ISO or not, and what happens to SS during that process?

Is A6000 still favoring 1/60 and smaller aperture rather than opening aperture a bit and going for 1/100 or so? Can anyone share their observations? Ideally I would prefer to open aperture first (but only to a limit of f2 or f2.2 since wide open at f1.8 is compromising IQ a bit) and only then going up on ISO, while staying a little higher than 1/60 (ideally on 1/125 or so).

Can one set a limit to ISO and minimum SS on iAuto+ on A6000? Thanks.
