I saw pictures taken with the 5320. They were impressive, but at that price you might as well consider getting the Tamron, which is a dedicated macro lens.

As for the "experienced macro photographer" comment, I'd suggest that is marketing hype and not worth paying much attention to. The both the 150 and the 250 attach to the front of the lens, and there is nothing to adjust on them. Achieving proper focus is entirely the function of the camera body and lens.
