New law bans photography without consent

As of 15 March 2014, a photographer in Hungary must have prior permission to include anyone in a photo. See http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/mar/14/hungary-law-photography-permission-take-pictures.

Kind of puts the kybosh on street photography in Budapest.  Although I regard myself as a photographer, I have a sneaking feeling that I agree with the purpose behind this law.  Like many who live in Moslem countries, I object to someone attempting to take an image of me without my consent.
