Small sensor fanatics would say that it's because FFers are old farts/dinosaurs who have been brainwashed and simply don't know any better. Amazing how so many of the worlds best photographers can be so stupid, isn't it ?

In the conditions of using base ISO on FF, it is an advantage since it has a lower floor, but i try not to follow where the numbers go. Incidentally there are a very large portion of people who believe an invisible man watches over them but that doesn't make that true either.
