Exposure for the surface of the Sun

I was thinking of photographing the surface of the Sun some time soon but the Sun is such a powerful lightsource I don't want to risk sensor damage.

I was thinking of 1/8000 s, f/16 ISO 50 and 4 stops of ND. Is that way off? I can stack up to 14 stops of ND filters if necessary. I've never taken a photo of the surface of the Sun before. Advice appreciated.
