m43 Photography on Kayak or Canoe

I'd love to get out on the water in kayak or canoe to reach more remote places to take photos but I'm worried.

I'm concerned I will tip over and dump all my expensive equipment in the river.

I'm concerned that even though m43 is small it will still be too bulky to use easily, particularly in a kayak.

I'm concerned that since this is more of a wildlife shooting activity than a landscape shooting activity my 50-200 1.4 TC will really be too big and bulky.

Please tell me if my concerns are justified. Thanks.
