If the 40-150 is "good enough" for you (and it really is a good lens, especially for the price), and you want one or two fast primes for street and portrait, I'd say:

1. Either the 17 f/1.8 or 20 f/1.7 for street (20mm has a great small size, is super sharp, and I don't find the "slow focus" assertions of many to really be a problem);

2. Oly 45 f/1.8, a small and inexpensive gem for portraits.

I have the 75 and like it a lot, but it's expensive and I would get the above two first. You could get those two and the excellent Sigma 60 (f/2.8 but super sharp) and stay within your budget.
