You can't shoot at ISO 200 with dynamic range 400, right?

Hi guys,

I am planing on going to disneyland this weekend and i am going to be under full sun shine.

From what i understand, to avoid over blowned highlights set it to 400 or 200%, correct?

If set to 200% i can only lower ISO to 400, right?

If set to 400 the lowest ISO will have to be 800, right?

I am only shooting JPEG right now since i still haven't purchased Photo Ninja, but is the IQ still very high at such high ISOs, 400 and 800?
