Sadly there is no 85mm f/3.24 for FF to compare it with.

Funny you should say that.

Voigtlander 90mm F3.5 APO-Lanthar SL II: 63 x 52 mm, 320 g

Sony 85mm F2.8 SAM: 70 x 52 mm, 175 g

Nikon AF-S DX Micro-Nikkor 85mm f/3.5G ED VR (seriously f**k that insane letter soup): 73 x 99 mm, 355 g

Nikon 1 Nikkor 32mm f/1.2: 66 x 47 mm, 235 g

This is actually quite funny/interesting:

- the biggest, heaviest lens is a DX lens

- the second heaviest is manual focus only

- the lightest one has the fastest eq. aperture

- the smallest one is the 1" one

- the second smallest is the second heaviest one

Yep, doesn't prove anything. Today you can have lenses with so various designs you can't tell how big or heavy the lens is going to be just by its basic specs.
