Are you mainly interested in wildlife photos? If so, the superzoom will get you closer than any of the others. You might be able to add a 1.4 teleconverter to the 70-200 for more reach. A 2x would probably not autofocus with your F4 (the 2x robs 2 stops of light.) You will probably encounter some fairly close wildlife, but I know you will want a lot of reach for some of it.

What I see missing from your list is a good wide angle. Yellowstone and the Tetons provide countless landscape possibilities. I would sure want something really wide--16 to 18mm equivalent.

If you can be more specific in your intentions we can probably help more.
