That's what I got from the statement. The word "development" to me implies commitment to producing something tangible as you stated, at the very least in working prototype form. I also read into the use of the word "yet" when they state they are not ready to talk about it. I could be putting to much credence into their statement, but I don't think these guys are stupid or talking off the cuff. I personally think it's coming at Photokina. If not, I may be a Nikon guy after that. Unless they tease a FF, at which time I may hang on. But they teased the MZ-D in 2000 and that appears to have died on the vine pretty quickly.

I'm happy with APS-C, but would be happier with FF.
