Surrephoto, where are the objective results of your testing, which is the first thing you should have done? Eg:

1. Check centre point with 45 degree ruler test with both phase and contrast focus to establish a baseline of accurate focussing

2. Comparative photos taken with centre point (accurate) and edge point phase focus to show extent of focus error, or

3. 45% ruler test so you can state "left AF point front focusses by 5% of distance between camera focal plan and object" or whatever.

4. And maybe rent 3 Canons for a day and measure their accuracy and let us know (That might get Nikon going).

With that, you have a case, without that you are just shooting in the breeze.
