How do you keep track of your lens cap?

Throw tham in a pile and use hoods!

I buy little metal hoods for all of my lenses and store the caps in a pile on my book shelf. I grab lenses and throw them on my camera, never really going out with more than one lens at a time. Even when I do go out with more than one lens, the additional lenses will go into a pouch hanging off a belt loop. I'll carry just the additional rear lens cap for the extra lens and put it on the lens i'm taking off of the camera if i switch up. I never have extra parts anywhere on my person. The one thing I find rather bothersome is the cap to my lenspen; I am always dropping it as I attempt to dislodge it one handedly to clean a lens.
