Absolutely no more "rattle snaking" on EM1 when flicker reduction is set to "off"

For all the ones who are anxious or irritated about the rattling noise of the aperture blades on lenses attached to the EM1, there is one absolute solution.

Just put the "flicker reduction" option to "off" in the menu under screw D, and all the noise has gone.
Especially for the big Tuna (300mm f 2.8) this will change loud rattling noise into totally aperture silence.

From now on you only hear the shutter sound.
I discovered this tip in another DPreview thread, but it works so dramatically well that everyone with an EM1 should now it.
