SX240 Flash photo colours
Have had the camera for approaching 2 years and am generally pleased with it. However, when I take flash photos they are darker overall than a photo without flash and they have an overall yellow / brown tinge. I can adjust the flash output to improve the dark photo but no adjustments in Photoshop Lightroom produce a satisfactory colour balance. I suffer this problem when I am taking indoor photos of our granddaughter who doesn't like staying still! It's not convenient to use a tripod as I'm looking to take spontaneous photos. I cannot get a fast enough shutter speed at a useable ISO without flash to prevent movement.
Having recently had a professional photo-shoot done, I notice that the expensive SLR cameras were allowing all indoor photos to be taken without flash.
Does anyone else suffer from poor colour accuracy when using the flash on this camera?
Thanks for any help
