I agree Bill,

DXO does so called ‘normalization’ on APS-C sensors http://www.dxomark.com/About/In-depth-measurements/Measuring-sensors-using-RAW-and-testing-lenses-on-cameras/Why-measure-lenses-on-cameras which involves ‘stretching’ the image captured on APS-C format out to FF, I’m not sure why they do that actually, one would think you would just ‘run what you brung’ and test that as is.
