True. If we disagree or want to make a point we can stop ad-clicking and Gearshop shopping. There are alternatives no one is forcing us into this.

I don't see how you come to that conclusion. DPR had to sell out to amazon. Imaging-Resource, by contrast, has enough goodwill behind it to survive on its own.

No amount of perceived entitlement can replace actual expertise.

You'd think DPR would be attractive to anyone if there's no traffic?  It's the goal of proprietors of most small companies to sell their creation and cash in on their hard work.
