Ditching Pentax K5 II, but which Fuji is best (and toughest)?

Hi all, I live in the bush in Africa and and my requirements are for a Tough (with a purposeful capital T) camera that can handle high ISO. I particularly shoot 'street' and portrait. (Street in inverted commas because actual streets are in short supply).

I have been shooting Pentax for about 7 years and they are tough as nails. The K II is serving me well but for one thing, I cannot get satisfactorily sharp shots with the lens setups I have. (Since you ask, yes I have been careful. I locked my camera down on a very solid tripod and tested as well as I could but was still not satisfied).

I am considering selling all and moving to the X100s. Or perhaps the X-E2 or the X-T1?

Any of you helpful people have an opinion on which would be toughest?
