Light meter & triggers for studio analogue & digital shoot help!

Hi there,

I'm setting up a studio portrait session for my MA in documentary photography and am hoping to shoot on a Canon 5D MKII and also on analogue 6x6 Hasselblad 500C at the same time with Bowens softboxes.

As I'm quite new to studio-based work I was wondering if a Sekonic L-478DR LiteMaster Pro Light Meter would work at syncing with the studio lights? I was also wondering if the film camera and Canon would need different wireless transmitters or could the same be used for both?

I'm planning on doing some test shots in the next few days and was looking at triggers and light meters.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Rachel
