M9 goes red with flash
Kat came over for a test shoot with my large soft box that I have not used in years. I grabbed the M9 and took the first test shot. For the life of me, I could not figure out why the shot was super-soft and so red.
I panicked and picked up my Canon and shot the rest of the evening with it. After the shoot, I looked at the M9 .... stupid me, I had accidentally left the camera on auto-exposure mode, forgetting to set it into manual. Of course, it exposed the basic shot correctly based on the flash ... however, the auto-exposure calculated an 8 second shutter speed based on the very red tungsten modelling light and, for the 8 seconds, the camera record the blurry movement with tungsten colour cast
Here is one of the shots with the Canon .. more or less normal..
