Most of my pictures are slightly uneven? How to correct this problem.

I use a Samsung NX200 that has a OLED screen. I turn on the 3x3 grid lines and try to align the object with the guiding lines so that the image is not crooked. And on the OLED screen, it looks aligned. But when I come home and open it on my large LCD screen, it's slightly crooked either horizontally, or vertically or both.

Is this ability to shoot straight an acquired skill, or do most photographers align the pictures during post processing? Even a slightly unaligned picture can ruin it for me.

Just wondering how people here on this site manage to take shots of perfectly horizontal or vertical pictures.
