We just sold all our Blu-Rays at a car boot sale - you can't get much for them now, everyone else was flogging theirs off! Most stores in the UK have very few Blu-Rays on sale now apart from a few new releases.

Its all gone over to streaming.

We stream everything we want to watch now - often before Blu Rays are released.

Those are all puff opinion pieces. Sales are still climbing despite the opinions of these authors.  Some of those articles note that in 2013, sales were rising.

They are speculating the death of blu ray based on streaming, and it could happen... but its not dead or buried yet.
