Default JPEG color rendering on the G16

I'm curious if anybody else notices that the G16 renders blue sky as sort of a teal color in its default JPEGs. I'm not sure if I altogether hate it, but the color is not accurate. It's strange because I've always thought Canons to have the most accurate colors out there by default. In addition, dark green grass is rendered a sort of a lime color in some instances. It sort of reminds me a little of Pentax colors (I like Pentax colors) but it's just unusual coming from a Canon.
