Yes, with a Pentax Spotmatic, and later with a Nikon F2.

Of course not. I am not even a professional photographer. But I am quite technical and like to delve into matters that are not even my source of living as long as it is a hobby of mine. Such as photography.

Very few professional photographers really give a damn about the fairy counting that happens on forums such as this. They care about getting pictures that their clients can use, and that's about it.
When we closed our studio a couple of years ago we were still using Nikon D70s for some of our work.
Amateurs are big on counting the number of fairies that can dance on the head of a pin, professionals, not so much.
