RX-100 duplicating raw photos - help please!

After searching this forum and the internet in general I've been unable to run across anyone else who had this problem. A few people reported getting a second, cropped photo, but that's not what's happening here. It started around the time I switched the RX-100 to raw photos, though that was fine for a while. I then cranked up the ISO to 6400 (indoor shot, needed wide focal depth, no flash), and suddenly I started getting 3 of every photo showing up in the camera. Going back to 3200 or lower hasn't removed this. It's very possible/likely I changed something else too, but I don't remember what. This is happening both in P and A modes, though in Auto (green "i" with camera icon) it doesn't happen.

The three images are clearly identical, except that they appear to differ in white balance to my untrained eye. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? It's driving me crazy, eating up my memory card, and slowing down my post-processing as I have to delete 2/3 of all photos before even getting started. Thanks!!

It looks like I can't attach RAW files here, so here are Dropbox links to the three:
