If you have a 1 pixel blur on a 36 MP camera, you will not see that on a 9 MP camera at all. In fact, a 9MP sensor should be able to tolerate almost a 2 pixel blur on a 36 MP sensor. Mirror & focal plane shutter motions create significant motion unless they are next to weightless. Leaf shutter is ideal as the motion is completely balanced and no mirror.
