I owned fz100 for few years, used it where ever we treveled and at home as well.

Its not very good for low lihgt situations, produces noisy pictures and noise reduction

feature does not looks improve it too mach .. 2.8 apperture + about 1/2 sec shutter,

may be with longer shutter delay and tripod it will better , but Im not

night-photographer too mach to test it

Pictures of objects behaind window/net (aquarium/cage) some time good

some time its focusing at front barrier and dont want to see through it.

It has good enough zoom x24 and also I love it i.zoom feature which is able

to get objects much closer then x24 without loosing quality.

(Moon pictures are not bad) .  Wide angle is really wide as promised.

The pictures quality in general is good (also at maximal zoom)

I dont think there are cameras with better quality at its category,

it looks limitation of small size sensors.

Also very good quality of video , HD and FullHD.

Video files produced at HTS format, but there are many converters to avi/mp4

and many of players able to play HTS directly.

Fast responding , fast focusing (also at max zoom) , suitable for almost all situations.

Really good battery life (well I dont using LCD, mostly taking picts by viewfinder)

Fully flipped LCD is very very usefull for self-photo, or when I have to keep camera

by angle. Sound quality +wind reduction is also impressing for good.

Reliable , Controllable (appert,shutter,EV,saturation,shaprpness) ,

Intuitive. Information displayd on viewfinder / LCD is usefull and reflecting

current status.

Finally Im happy with Lumix FZ100
