That particular Nikon is superior to that particular Sigma in almost every single way where a sane comparison can be made.

And this image has plenty of aliasing, thus ugly if printed big, and the shadows are noise reduced and blotchy. The shadows are absolutely appalling.

A genral hint about photography - try to shoot in less direct light. A more even light, maybe on cloudy day, would not only be artisticly better, but also suit the characteristics of this camera better.
