Dear all, this is a follow up to the thread (http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/53013247) which has reached maximum posts. Due to popular demand & out of obligation, I have decided to do a formal retest on my 35mm 1.4G with my Nikon D4. Here are some perimeters;

- Distance approximately 1.5 metres

- Aperture at f/2

- Focusing Chart illuminated with Litepanels Micro

- Image illuminated using SB-910

- Images brightened slightly in Lightroom

- Lens pre-focused at mfd before initiating AF

- ISO 100, Noise reduction OFF, PC Standard Sharpening +3, JPEG L Fine

- AFMA (+3) calibration for centre point via comparison with live-view image before test commence
