Macro photography for dermatology

Hi everyone. I am planning to get a new camera for work (medical photography). This will be indoors, ambient lighting without flash, must be relatively portable (cannot do a ring flash or DSLR). Images will need to be able to capture skin lesions as small as 0.5 millimeters in diameter with optimal clarity and DOF. Mostly the lesions will be several millimeters to a few centimeters in size. After a good amount of research here is what I came up with:

Olympus OM-D EM-1
Panasonic Leica DG Macro-Elmarit 45mm/F2.8
Olympus MAL-1 Macro Arm Light

Thoughts?

Thanks.
