In home low light with m4/3?

I currently shoot a pentax k5 and k-01 with a sigma f1.4. I have been looking at a em1, gx7 or canon 70d for an upgraded feature set. I take a lot of indoor family shots in average day and night indoor lighting condition and don't want to use flash. Will the m4/3 options with the panny 25 f1.4 equal the k5 or 70d with an f1.4 or the new tempting sigma 18-35mm f1.8 for low light shooting of kids with movement? I am right on the edge of ideal with the current setup.
