You are misunderstanding what 'good photography' is if you think it's about which pixels look best zoomed in at 500%. If you're looking at pixels you're missing the point, entirely.

The person behind the camera is the difference between a good & bad photo. Not the other way around.

Comparing sensors and pixels can certainly be interesting and eye opening, but that's nothing to do with photography, nothing at all.

Technical perfection is not what makes a good photo.
