Diffraction limits

Ok I'm trying to understand this since there's a combination of megapixels, aperture, sensor size, etc. all involved in the calculation.

What would be the theoretical diffraction limits for the following:

1) m4/3, 12 MP ~ I read somewhere that it's f8?

2) m4/3, 16 MP

3) m4/3, 20 MP

4) APS-C, 16 MP ~ f11?

5) APS-C, 20 MP

6) APS-C, 24 MP

7) APS-C, 36 MP

8) FF, 24 MP ~f16?

9) FF, 36 MP

100 FF, 54 MP

Is there a formula or something? I'm not lazy, I could work it out myself if there is.
