What kind of mount/adapter should I buy for an old Tamron SP?

Hi, my father was a professional photographer back in the day and his gear vault comprised of a closet full of lenses, filters, Nikon cameras etc. On the flip side of things, I am an amateur and an experimenter. Like to build DIY camera rigs out of PVC, try out lens whacking, hyper a time lapsing and so on.

Anyhow, my latest "must-figure-out" is using old prime lenses with DSLR bodies to shoot videos. My limitations: lens from my pap's vault and budget for an adapter. Currently I have inherited a TAMRON SP 17 mm Super Wide lens and a TAMRON SP 90mm telephoto lens. So basically looking for a mount/ adapter for my Canon T3 body.

Any suggestions? Educate me. Appreciate your valuable inputs. Thanks
