I'm a newbie to photography. Please tell me what can I do to better improve the "image quality" of these pictures. I noticed that the shutter speeds of the first two photos were set at 1/30. Since I have no moving object, would it make a difference if I crank it up to 1/1000? I'm still learning the ropes on the 3 exposure settings. Do you shoot on "manual exposure" to get the most of the image quality? If I need to make a quick shot and have no time to adjust the exposures, would I use the "Intelligent Auto" or "Superior Auto"?
