Better to shoot at high iso or underexpose and adjust in pp?
1

To shoot dancers on a dimly lit stage using K 5IIs with 18-135 zoom, hand held at focal length 70 - 90mm is it better to shoot at high iso like 3200 or better to underexpose by maybe 5 stops (shoot at iso 400 or 800) and adjust exposure in pp? I have CS 6 with ACR 8.3. Shutter speed needs to be high enough (maybe 1/125s) to keep the image from being blury.

thanks Bernie
