Since you largely interested in video, along with light sensitivity, there is something unpleasant you need to know.

Almost all digicams, when taking video, only use every other row of pixels of the chip (maybe even less). This is done to maintain the high rate of data readout from the chip that is needed. So the light sensitivity is a lot less than one would expect just looking at the sensor size.

I have read that only the very newest Sony 1" chips use the full active area of the chip for video.

My experience with my camcorders in low light with those tiny chips is that they do just as well or better than my somewhat larger chipped digicams for video. It was confusing to me until I learned the reason.
