... thanks for posting it. Not only does the author explain equivalency in clear and concise terms, he also offers what many don't, i.e. many situations where using a smaller sensor system is superior to their larger sensor cousins.

There is no perfect camera system for every photographic situation that different photographers require.  If one needs a vast capability in their photographic needs then multiples systems may be best for that individual.  If one doesn't have the means to afford multiple systems, choose the system that is best suited for your needs in the majority of the circumstances you expect to encounter.

It really is as simple as that.
